For such a budgetted rams, you can choose low voltage(1.3V) @ DDR3 1600, safe voltage(1.6V) @ DDR3 2000 CL7 or a higher Voltage(1.7V) @ DDR3 2400 CL9, very high performance/price ratio! :up:
