You're worried about conductive paint? Aluminum and steel are already conductive and make up >90% of all computer cases. IMHO, you should be more worried about color coverage, texture, propensity to flake or chip off, painting procedure, &c.
.... no electrical conductive paints whatsoever ... only heat conductive ones
make sure you sand the casing to get the roughy surface, spray it with primer coat, then get the color coat
never skip the primer coat, most ppl does that, it causes the paints to peel due to bad adhesion ... sanding down the casing gives a rough surface for even better adhesion
the best primer is epoxy primer, unfortunately, they're come in tins ... not spray cans ...
