EK Rampage III Extreme MoBo Block

Are there going to be the usual Copper, Nickel, Acetal, Nickel+Acetal variations at launch? Eddy? :confused:

The sample picture showing at the EK site seems to be a combination of Copper/Nickel/Acetal ?! Perhaps a prototype?

It looks weird, copper , acetal and silver together?

Have to agree there. All nickel plate all the time....

I wouldn't mind nickel+plexi look to go along with my Supreme HF and FC5870 finish. So will there be such option?

We have decided to release only Nickel + Plexi and Nickel + Acetal.
This is only a prototype!
Top metal plate made of satined stainless steel and this is for functional purpose.
Now you think about how the water flows through there ;)

Hi!

RE3 ETA still the same.
As for the Supreme HF full copper, right now I can't say any date when they could be available.
Honestly, we and sellers have enough stocks and we cannot come out with new top revision and leave all resellers with high stocks. I hope you understand.

Eddy, if I may make a suggestion, release the other top as an optional part available separately. That way you don't leave everyone sitting on stock they can't sell and the top is at least available to people who need it. I think that would be a much better solution for everyone involved than not offering it at all. Of course, there will inevitably be complaints from people that they can't buy the block complete with the top but you will never be able to please everyone.

Oh god damnit Eddy! Some of us are still copper lovers! *grumbles*

so hard to find nice copper and acetal blocks these days :(

Although at first, I didn't like the prototype but I think it's growing on me... Can I have it and give it a loving working home?

damn, my Rampage III needs loving . . .Should be ready to install it next week with the exception of a mobo block. EK or Danger Den or Koolance . . EK or Danger Den or Koolance . . .arg. who will be first to have a block?

This will be my block of choice. To be honest I don't really need it, but full board blocks just look so good. Right now my R3E stays around 45c with the stock solution which is awesome. I just want the sexyness of a full board block.

I love the look of the stock block and was thinking about just putting a block on the place where a fan goes. But damn, when people like EK come out with stuff like this (have to see what others come out with as well) what is an h20 nut to do?
