XFX 9800gtx+ Black Edition heatsink missing heat pipe

every since i have had this video can it has ran around 50c-55c idle and around 85c-95c on load. today i took my video card apart to clean it and noticed that the heat pipe was missing.i couldnt take a pic because i dont have a camera

Can XFX send me a new heatsink because i cant RMA becuase i use my pc for online college classes

You show a BFG HSF with that pic, so I can't categorically say YOUR particular HSF is missing a heatpipe. Every manufacturer tends to use different HSF designs. I doubt if XFX will send you a replacement HSF for your card either.
