Hello all,
I am curious as to the overclockability of the Phenom II X4s, retail samples on air.
What were you able to achieve?
1x965BE C3 ~ 4000mhz 24/7(or prime95 max indoor)
1x965BE C3 ~ 3950mhz 24/7(or prime95 max indoor)
2x955BE C3 ~ 3900mhz 24/7(or prime95 max indoor)
1x955BE C3 ~ 4120mhz 24/7(or prime95 max indoor)(Super pi1m 4400mhz+ indoor temp with air) same week like the another 955BE C3 i did test.
OT:
1x940BE C2 ~ 3700mhz 24/7(or prime95 max indoor)
1x940BE C2 ~ 3800mhz 24/7(or prime95 max indoor)
Outdoors around 4.3 (20c, 33c load hehe)
Indoors with my crap cooler around 3.95
955c2 was 3.85
965c3 is 4.1
965 c2 4008mhz prime stable on air.
965 c3 4.2 stable on water 4.5 3ghz northbridge on phase 5.18 cpu-z validation
955 c3 4.6 3.3ghznb stable on phase 5.3 cpu-z validation ;)
My 3.8-3.9 vote counts only for a C2!
965 C3 almost 4.2 with air cooling.. haven't try with sub-zero so far.
3.6~3.7 GHz with my 955 C2
U120EX Air cooling only
My aircooling machines :)
1x x4 955 C2: 3915MHz (24/7)
1x x4 965 C3: 4030MHz (24/7, but im using most profil 1.35V and 3720MHz :) )
3.8Ghz on air, just under 4Ghz one water
4230 on a 940
4510 on a 955
4620 on a 965c3
all chilled water
I personally cant get past 4.0ghz im currently 24/7 WCG stable at 3.940 and my max load temperatures are around 45-46C  but i am 12hours of prime blend stable at 4+ghz... therefore i now use world community grid for all of my stability testing... doesn't make any sense.
1x 940be @ 3.75ghz
1x 965 be c3 @ 4.125ghz
720 be c2 @ x4 3400 - 24/7
965 be c3 @ 4000 - 24/7
