Chiller for positive Temps and no condensation

hi guys,

i´ve build a chiller in the past month.

specs:
danfoss sc12g
big condenser around 2,5kw?
danfoss ten2 r134 txv 01 orifice
20 plates hx
10l water reservoir
carel controller with ntc probes

500 watts at 0°C to 1°C are possible
more load at higher temps are no problem for this monster.
i did some testing. my results:
water temp between 15°C and 23°C with 250 watts:
the chiller needs 9 minutes to cool the water down
and the water needs 21 minutes to warm from 15°C to 23°C

water temp between 15°C and 23°C with 500 watts:
the chiller needs 17 minutes to cool the water down
and the water needs 11 minutes to warm from 15°C to 23°C

tha fan of the chiller has a dimmer to make it more silent than the compressor.

the unit in the back of the first pic was a normal 2 stage cascade with r404a in the 1st and r1150 in the second stage.

i did another load test today.

this time i used a stronger waterpump.

with 500watts it was possible to achieve "water" temp of -5°C

then i tested with 750watts and achieved +4,5°C

Personally I'd go for R-507, it's possible to achieve around 1kW at 0°C - condensation issues aside - as I did with my chiller build.
