Help please! sleeving sata power connector.

Hi i would like to ask if anyone can tell me out to remove the connectors on my sata power cable inorder for me 2 sleeve them. i have been reading other guide's but i could'nt find anything that useful so please help me i posted some images below. if u need anything else just tell me.

Just lift the tabs
