So sad.... I don't know what to say other than he seemed like a great person from what I could see on these forums. As a matter of fact reading one of his post about his condition was the reason I recently started quietly crunching for XS WCG.
-
Wow, real sorry to read this dave... :shakes: RIP
-
My condolence to him and his family. You will be missed Mr. Jonathan Magoon
(or loonym).
-
What I'll always remember about him was the optimism in the way he spoke on here, always looking down the road. He often made mention of putting together more machines in the future even though his condition wasn't working in his favor. If I hadn't read his original post concerning the matter, I never would've known he was ill, and to me that's the true sign of a fighter. So long sir, you will be missed.
-
Goodbye my Dear friend. I'll miss you greatly.

Jon, Thank you for all everything you have given this site.
I hope in time Annabelle will visit and spend time here knowing how much Jon meant to us all.
RIP

Oh dear. This is very sad indeed. I had no idea the man was ill. Condolences to his family.
Jon and I didn't have a lot of contact but we had respect for each other in our brief encounters. He approached me recently to give me a pat on the back in a PM which i appreciated immensely. He was (and will always be) a top bloke

This is so sudden. I don't know what to say.
I've read his post since a few years past.
Though I may not know personally, but he's a good man with the dedication to fight cancer.
Rest in peace, my friend.
We'll keep folding.

Rest in Peace. I only wish I could have gotten to know you better.

I remember reading his post. Only way I knew him, seemed like one of the best fathers someone could ask for and it is sad to see someone like this type of man go so soon, but also glad he is no longer feeling the pain I am sure he was going through daily.
RIP and salute to you sir.

RIP Jon ...
Your optimism was infectious....

Whoa! We've lost a really awesome guy. A man who turned from his demons and embraced love. He died a giver.
Rest in peace, Jon. You are an inspiration. Thanks, endlessly, for turning me onto the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network.
I think you will live in many hearts. For sure, you will be manifested in Annabelle. I know you poured your life, spirit and values into her.
