I have used Rubycon MCZ 6,3V@1200µF ultra low esr / high quality capacitors. :D

Do I see that right, that the caps only "support" the existing caps without changing voltage on the memory at all?

The caps don't change any voltages.
To change the memory voltage you have to soft or hard mod the card ( don't know if soft-mod is possible )

You are right, sorry for this, but I ask several times in 2 threads and no one answer me. The are people with hard voltmoded cards and they have to measure somehow vGPU and vRAM, but no one want to share this. 5970 is different PCB, I'm not so sure that measure points are the same, thatisway I ask.
