Portable benching SS (rotary)

Hello

I want to show very ordinary SS, without case just on as small baseplate as it can be :) . 2 handles for comfortable transport , and 120 cm long suction line make mounting of setup easier .

Specs :

Compressor:LG NK164PAB
Evap: Steeper 40mm tall/42 mm diam., enclosure for all newest CPUs, 120cm long braided DN10 suction line (with stainless steel mesh)
XV: captube 0.9 mm
Condensor: 1.5kW with 230 mm 230V fan
Refrigerant : R507
Case : Wooden baseplate 40x40 cm, painted black
Others: Two handles to comfortable move of unit.

Wow thats reallu nice and neat. Do you have a photo of how your suction line joins into the compressor?

Very simple. Just straight piece of 10mm diam. cooper pipe connecting flex steel hose and compressor.

Piotres, is this unit can handle -50 @ 260 watt load ? after better calibration ?

Yes, it's possible but that way 260W will be rather maximum load which unit can take, in current tuning it can handle 300W+ .

Though so, was not sure if you were just going straight into it with the suction or not. What BTU is the compressor? 300w is amazing

Compressor is 9700 BTU .

Captube is 300cm/0.9mm, discharge pressure during 260W loadtest is 14-16 bara (sorry I don't remember exactly) . I bet it was 15 bara ;) . Suction -0.1 to 0 bara on 260W load.

I predict that temperatures would be 5 to 10*C worse.
