i have experienced u always get lower score in vista/win7 n thats y mostly people run mark06 in winxp!
If you have such a strong card with high clocks, sometimes Vista is better than XP ;)
XP gives you only higher CPU score but overall the difference is about 50 marks but with this card I think it's better to use Vista because of it's monster power in game tests.
