HamidFULL how did you get that overclock ?
you can post your BIOS screens here (related pages) and I will guide you for OC ;) 945GC BIOS is much limiter than ION BIOS anyway its fun. dont forget to Install a fan on Atom 330 Heatsink before OCQuote:

D945GCLF2 has no ocing features at all in the bios, this is a intel board. op needs to get a atom board from either GB,Asus, or Zotac.
