RAID0 Question.

If I have a 640GB & 320GB Hard Drive, and I setup RAID0 ... I realize I will only get 640GB Total Space on RAID0. But what happens to the remaining 320GB? Is it lost completely or is it available as a regular drive space (no striping)?

Also, is there a way to do software JBOD without using the Windows Dynamic Disk (Spanned Volume) method?

That part of the drive will be lost when you put the drive in RAID0.

And I don't think there's a way to do JBOD without Windows on ICH10R.
