AMD DX11 RV8xx Card Exposed

I am wondering if this is the same thing as 4890, but with added DX11 features and shrunk to 40nm? I cant remember what Evergreen was exactly..
September launch?? That means 3 months for a re-spin, which is probably the minimum..
