now, when the type of intel cpu display in RIPPING.ORG, we posted our oc's result of Pentium E6300.

Rules were changed after a spate of newbies making threads that didn't belong in XOC.

i tought e6300 was 1,8ghz stock and 65nm.
Or does cpu-z have a bug?
For that isnt a e6300.

This chip probably runs at 266*10.5 stock (= ~2.8Ghz as seen specification line of the validation), and is an R0. Looks to be a "mislabeled" E7400 to me. Certainly no E6300 at least. Hopefully, gianni will move it;)

in case you guys didn't know, intel is retarded and recycled the e6300 name. this version is the 45nm e6300, which just launched like a week or two ago and is already on shelves of many etailers

I thought about the cache when i was on the train:D Couldn't have been the damn E7400.

But... why not call it E5150 or something, where the 50 is for the higher FSB (like the 266 vs 333 FSB conroes)?
