What is the name of this application

As I was watching a video on youtube the otherday on the EVGA x58 classified. When The benchmark was running there was a power meter for the PSU. I was wondering if it was part of the 1200w toughpower PSU or was it part of the 3dMark Vantage Benchmark. If it is not one of these to can someone please tell what it is... the only problem is the size of the screen shot so I left a link instead

looks like they just shot footage of an external meter and threw it in as a picture-in-picture type of thing

You can never trust software to read voltages, you must use either a DVM/DMM or calibrated O'scope.:yepp:

Looks just like the external readout on a standard UPS in Picture n' Picture mode to me.

+1, the battery meter is a dead give away

and its hilarious that they try to look pro but they cant even configure it to be a legal orb score, and why would u bench with a car for dphysX that just saying that u have no clue whats going on or how the benchmark is scored/whats the rules say.
