And why are you OCing Core2? Try to disable two cores (via msconfig) and OC just Core1, set priority at Core1 and you can rip off some ms maybe ;)

You want to talk to Micron AKA Crucial Memory about getting some cherry picked Micron D9GKX modules you could hold 1450MHz easy :)
but there is litlebit problem where you can find the D9GKX in Crucial memories :(
