Hi I have a question.
What would you prefer:
1. We make only special SB block for the Rampage II Extreme, as the NB/SB 5 would fit to NB (price 30 EUR)
2. We make special block that would cover NB and SB chipsets. Like BitsPower block. (price 55-60€)
Please tell me your thoughts so we start production on Monday :up:
I might be interested in a full NB and SB coverblock :D
I always liked the bitspower ones, and Since I'm getting the RIIE I want to see what it looks like!
Yeah, the full chipset cover WB would be better.

As long as the performance is the same i'd like to see a block that covers both of them. But if it restricts waterflow i would opt to have them seperate. Whatever you do make sure it goes with the theme of the board.
I wonder if it would be possible to make a masive chipset/mosfet block. Similar to the current heatpipe systems Asus use.
There for you wouldn't need to buy extra mosfet block, but only need to screw in the big one.
Or maybe I'm just living in dream land?
yes it's possible but your water flow would be restricted if the heat pipe's were not that thick.. they would almost have to be big as 7/16's ID tubingQuote:

Full cover for sure. Slightly cheaper option than getting 2 separate blocks would be better imo.

I've been wondering if that was possible, but I was thinking a little bit more extreme.... Possibly a CPU+Mosfet+NB+SB all combined into one type of deal. Obviously made in very low quantities because not many people would purchase something like this, but I would most definitely pay a VERY pretty penny to have all of that integrated into one(especially if it looked really cool).Quote:

I would like a full cover. I just bought the Rampage 2 Extreme so I'd definitely would be willing to try it out for you. Another thought I had would be just a northbridge block and then make a smaller air cooled sb block to match. Or maybe just a heatpipe to the southbridge, because it really doesn't need much cooling.
