I can say those measuring points are valid.
And you don't even have to solder the ground, just clamp the wire onto the grounded ring around any of the screw holes.

Are those VRs glued on the cards or do they actually just hang in there by the legs?
That last pic would imply there is no glue... I personally wouldn't dare tuning them VRs if they were not fastened somehow.
They are just hanging there it was done quickly

how good do you thing the cooler is you think ? 1,000mhz perhaps even up to 1,200mhz core ?
no way maby 1000mhz the fan is only doing about 800-1000rmp at max
