Gigabyte revised their colour scheme a bit for the X58 boards (no more pink ram slots hahaha)

Im not a fan of the colour of the sata slots, but other than that, GREAT looking board
Almost looks like they have used the same cooling solution used on the passive cooled Gigabyte 4850.
THey should get rid of the orange PCI slots and go for an entirely blue/white/dark sliverrishchrome thing they got going on for the color scheme.
OH and they NEED to do away with the pushpins for their HS's!!! I can see those damned white plastic caps poking their heads up all over the place!

i dare manufacturers to start customising PCBs to some killer designs....saaya was talking about stickers covering boards that would cost maybe $30....that's what a lot of end users want it seems.....i would personally like to have a board that looks like a huge pile of turd...that would be sweeeeeeeeet :D
imagine having some badass board look that can be done as easy as slapping a new PCB sticker heh
i dont actually care for colour on boards but i guess pink was a bit over the top...it would look slicker if there was some smarter colour coordination....colour quantity is not as important........but having some crazy ass PCB would look badass dont ya think
maybe Foxconn will give it a shot heh
Nice looking design, shame about the colours, but it is a step in the right direction 7/10
Well the X48T-DQ6 and EP45T-Extreme were a bit garish with their color schemes. This board is a bit less eye-burning in color contrasts. The look of the board doesn't matter to the guys that are putting it under LN2 but we aren't the ones that buy vast quantities of boards :D
Board looks great but who the :banana::banana::banana::banana: is their color designer? 5 year old kid? :rofl:
Seriously only some small further color modifications would make it a lot better looking:
1. Replace the yellow parts with blue
2. Replace the orange PCI-E slots with black
3. Replace the lightgreen IDE connector with black or blue
... But at least it's an improvement...
