I love the black series heatspreader. This is the 1st entry level of Black series
we will have more model that using black series PI :)

Price point???

This also greatly interests me as well - I'd been eyeing either the DDR2-9200 & DDR2-9600 PI kits - Hope they come out with some of this at speeds up to that high

Looks nice, I'd like to test some, however - that doesnt seem very likely, sadly.

black heat spreader immediatly makes these more appealing! do away with the silver heat spreaders!

Thanks but no thanks. There is nothing you can do to those "pi" heatspreaders to make me want to by a pair. They are just that ugly IMO. I'll stick to my blue DDR2-1000 PQ heatspreaders.

Not very informative... was thinking of putting these on my Mom's HTPC build, 1.8V... Probably buy them anyway from the egg,

some results from my friend tested it with same as speed 1000MHz 5-5-4-12 but voltage only 1.98V ;)

Checking these out right now and thinking of buying - I got my 2*1 gig kit of Patriots running 4-5-4-15 DDR2-1060 at 2.1v - need to find out why my board doesn't like 1200mhz at 500fsb

I ordered the PC2 7200 set (I run 1:1 475 FSB). We will see how they scale... :)
