Any idea how many mm are the bitspower D-plugs?

Curious how many mm the Bitspower D-Plugs are minus the threads. Just the actual plug fitting itself (together)

Are there any other variable plugs that can let me adjust from 10 to 20mm besides this and the new swiftech sli plug?

I just picked up one of these. I'll try to measure it for you tonight when I get a chance. I don't have anything too accurate though.

eddie, koolance offers them in 1 slot 2 slot and 3 slot spacing.

You could try one of those.

What I'm trying to do is connect the top two. I tried the bitspower 90 barbs but they don't fit.. they bump each other.
2 90 degree attachements with one of the d plugs in the middle may work.. 15mm might work. I have to check. There is about 20mm of space from 1/4" thread to 1/4" thread.. when you add in a bitspower 90 acrylic cube or delrin, the edge takes up 1-2mm...

I might just be easier to cross your tubes across the ramplex's. That's what I did when I had mine.

Yes, but then it doesn't look as nice :D These are really just for show and the only thing in my aluminum loop. I'll test to see if the ramblocks make a difference on sat.

I just did a quick measurement. I measured about 15, maybe 16 millimeters between the threads when installed. I hope this helps. I did use a highly calibrated DARE ruler. ;)

I also was looking at the koolance earlier as a top, but couldn't figure out how far the threading was spaced..

well i was meaning for you to use something like bitspower stubbey barbs on both ends, and use tubing to cover the area and not hard mount it like that. :T

the spacing is not wide enough tho. Im fairly sure of it. It would be a little narrow to hardmount.

However This might be enough if you plug the unused holes. Hell its only your ram loop. :P

If you're set on a hard mount, there is a FLOOD of Koolance ramblock connectors at PPCs, here:

Some of them look to be much thinner than BP's design. Quite clever actually. The male end actually extends INTO and PAST the threads on female end ;), which may be more restrictive, but slimmer. And its a ram loop for crying out loud, restrictiveness be damned. I think they'd work with some BP 90s.

This is what I get for browsing PPCs in my free time, looking for ways to spend money...

EDIT: On a whim I went to Koolance's site looking for more pics. They have pdf manuals for ramblocks, 4 pages of pictures and text. I'm impressed...

(ps I don't work for koolance but besides the occasional idiocy they do have a nice range of parts. And you can actually BUY them as opposed to waiting for stock)

I used 2 bitspower 90

Yeah, I want to use 2 D-Plugs and a few connectors for SLI in the 780i. I think it's about 70mm of spacing, so I'll try some misc extra bitspower fittings and see what I can come up with.

So as you can see, this looks far better than just tubing.

I'm very happy how this turned out, nice and clean. You guys should pressure shoggy into making a copper one with G1/4 holes.

How far apart (not including the threads) can you separate, while still creating a seal, the ONE INCH VERSION fitting?

This is my problem (gap is just a little under 1 3/4 inch). The plan is to use 1-2 extenders and a D-PLUG. While I could just use some tubing I'd rather not.

Don't suppose we could get a quick length idea on them? I'm looking for a straight adapter to go 2.5 inches myself, was planning on getting the extendable 3-4 slot SLI adapters from Koolance but I'd like to see what you guys have coming.
