these are quick renders, so i desaturated them because i didnt want to deal with color correction :up:

just image smoked clear top, brushed stainless steel mid and a bright bead blasted copper base :up:

evil, that's awesome. :up:.....just 3 little knit-picking things.

1. Thread the barb holes
2. Thread the screw holes (top to block holes)
3. Plexi is a bit thin for mounting.

yea im working on threading well atleast a quicker way of doing it :up:
what is a good size for mounting? its .25" thick ive never used plexi for
mounting before so i have no idea. thanks in advanced :up:

Hey Evil, quite slacking and get working on those clamps :p:, you've got a bunch of us drooling with wallets in hand!

So, does the graphics work pay your bills, or is it just a hobby? Generally you don't see that level of software unless the person using it does so professionally.

Make sure the internal area doesn't have room for the water to flow OVER the channels, if you want to create a bit more turbulence you can do this by in a sense having the inside convexed, coming to a spot where it touches the copper, so that the water is "compressed" to get under.

And yes, I want a calendar too ;)

lol, im doing my best with the clamps right now, to be honest im doing all i can
im a professional graphics artist, i do control graphics for a building automation company
they do HVAC, lighting, etc. so if i wanted i could go phase, i want to make a chiller
but all the equipment here are to large, well atleast i could get it at dealer cost :up:

definitely, the block design is still a work in progress untill i get my hands on a
cnc to do some real testing, unless i can talk my boss into getting one :rolleyes:

One of the coolest looking CPU blocks I've ever seen is a customized block Anfi made. He took a normal acetel toped block, and added in a layer of acrylic at its base, then lit the acrylic using blue LEDs, it was really slick looking. Maybe do a block that's got a layer (or layers) of acrylic interspersed with acetel.
