Anything wrong with my first loop?

Hi there
I'm building my first watercooled PC after years of noisy aircooling and I need some help from experts.
The useful system specs are;

• Case: Stacker 830
• MB: asus p5k-e
• CPU: q6600 (currently at 3.7ghz with a TRUE)
• GPU: 8800GT (stock clocks with accelero s1)

I've already bought most of the gear I need and I'm currently planning out the loop. So, does anyone see something wrong in the picture?

The case is a first batch 830 so no grills at the bottom and I'm not in the mood of dremeling holes in the case right now, that's why the nexxxos is at the front. I could place it closer to de motherboard to shorten the loop.
The main things that worry me are;

• the rad position (barbs up or down?)
• the rad order (between cpu and gpu or both before cpu?)
• is the fillport (top) necessary to keep the loop flooded or can I leave it out?
• I have 1/2" barbs and 3/8" compression-fittings, which should I use? I'm tempted by the looks of the 1/2" but the compression-fittings and easy of use of 3/8" tubing is a plus.
• Is the eheim 1048 powerfull enough? Or should I leave the NB aircooled?

Running 3 blocks and 2 rads off a 1048 would be my biggest concern.

barbs up or down doesn't make much difference, but try to have it so that the rad outlet is nearest to you (as shown in pic) so you can lay the case down on its side during bleeding. It will help the air get out like that.

I would consider Laing pump and possibly a Fuzion cpu block over the nexxxos.

Don't worry too much about tube sizes, go with what you prefer.

The eheim 1048 and the AGB omatic was my first water cooling build 8 years ago lol I personally don't think the pump has enough "gumption" but one of the engineers will advise you better. I don't think you'll need a fillport with the Innovatek res.

you may want to run it by Martinm's flow rate estimator... but judging from your blocks and rad, it would still be a good investment if you had a more powerful pump...
