Want to install sound-sensitive Cold Cathodes in my case -- how best to do it?

I've got a little bit of cash left over from building my rig, and I always thought it would be really cool to have those light bars that pulse to sound in my case.

What would I have to do to get it all working?

Also, where would the best place to put them be? I've got an Ultra Aluminus.

I think it'd be really cool to have them on the bottom of the case, like car neon. is this possible?
