No CAS4 boot, even @ 2.3v, but 1.8v 5-5-5-15 is good.
I think I have a pair of these, not sure if completely match yours.
Mine don't like 2,3V at all, and can't do cas 4 with 2,1V, the sweet spot is 2,2V, they run fine with 4-4-4-10 @ 400.

I'll try that later tonight when I get more time.
SPD table is read differently between cpu-z and everest...cpu-z reports CAS4 for 333mhz, everest sports cas5 for same frequency.
Nice 8-layer pcb tho.
I got one set from week26/07, another week29/07, I'll try them seperately and see if there's a difference too. Definately isn't Micron, for sure!
80nm IC's too.
CAS6?Forget those;)
UNfortunately these were an RMA replacement from Crucial...I'll be talknig to them shortly about sending me crap as replacement for my Tracers!
In no way this sticks are comparable to Tracers!
I just played a bit before put then on a small server, got then very cheap and just needed a 333 RAM.
About de SPD table, mine says CAS 5 for 333.

Well, considering I paid $800 for my 4 gigs of pc6400 when they first came out, getting $50 bucks worth of value ram back is unacceptable.
I mean, I suppose that they work, but 6-6-6-18 is a far cry from 4-4-4-12. As far as consumer affairs is concerned, RMA replacement should be of equal or greater value, not lesser value.
