e8400 with MSI p35 Neo2-FR 4.3ghz Achieved, but not 4.5ghz! Help?

I got an e8400 with my neo2-fr board.

I achieved 4.3ghz stable, but I cannot seem to get 4.5ghz no matter what I try.

I have a picture of my Cell menu

Here are my Specs:

Case: Antec Nine Hundred
RAM: OCZ 6400 Platinum 800mhz@2.2v
PSU: OCZ Powerstream 520w 12v@12.40


This attachment is my cell menu for stable 4.3ghz achieved.

Has anyone reached 4.5ghz with this board? If so, What cell menu options did you use?

ALSO:

I'm noticing a massive vdroop from 1.52 down to 1.48 on cpu load. Does this have anything to do with the bios? I'm using version 1.8

Because when i used this board with my allendale e6300 b2 revision, I kept the bios at 1.1 because any other version resulted in mad vdroop...


What do you guys think?

UPDATE: Changed FSB overclocking jumpers from default 200mhz to 333mhz with no result.
