I dont know if this is serious or a joke, lol. But it is very common place for companies to miss pronounce names. Its a marketing thing. Has nothing to do with their bad understanding of english.

Asus mobo manuals are always pretty bad for spelling

Im digging the 1x pci-e above the first 16x slot for sound card that is a good feature imo

From the 1st post you can tell that both will be 3way SLI ready.

I hope it hits retail sooner than expected. Hopefully we can get our hands on this late February...1st week of March? :D

Maybe was the lack of sleep but i somehow found the diference, look at the memory support.

Ultra SLI > 2000MHz DDR3
SLI > 1600MHz DDR3

So maybe there is a hardware diference, one has 2 phase DDR3 and the other doesnt

Ultra SLI is suppose to be a better overclocker too.

The difference is about the same here as it is between X38 and X48.

On that subject what is the real difference between X38 and X48 as both can do DDR2 Memory dont see any other features present?
