Asus PC probe II will work to display the voltages, I recently droped it in favor of Everest Ultmate though as I like its interphase better and it displays more stuff

Thanks i was going mad to trying to get it work, i have a 1066 quad but the strap is set to 333 the bios and it still does not work.
Finally, it works. Download AsusUpdt_V71305.zip (02/20/2008). ftp://ftp.asus.com.tw/pub/ASUS/mb/flash/
edit: Oh, haven't tested AI Suite yet... just AUpd.
