World's highest rated,ADATA Extreme DDR3 1900
The time, we all remeber ADATA tech announced world's highest DDR3 1900MHZ CL9,Its a Dualchannel kit within 1GBx2 Sticks
certainly, its Packed of Micron D9 iCes.
Be very glade , now we can test this kit
Adata rated it as DDR3-1900mhz CL9.9.9.18 1.9~2.0v
From the SPD, also can understand, Adata is pushing Intel's XMP technology
from SPD, there is a profile of XMP, writing DDR3-2000mhz Cas10 2.05v

But,I don't have Quadcores can Overclocking above 500Mhz FSB
So, next time Back to 2000Mhz results.
Testing Platform:
CPU: INTEL YORKFEILD 2.33G/QUADCORE/L2 6MBX2 ES
COOLER: INTEL STOCKFAN 0.31A
MOBO:ASUS P35 ROG "BLITZ EXTREME",BIOS:0804
MEMORY: ADATA EXTREME DDR3-1900 CL9 1GBX2
VGA: NVIDIA QUADRO FX 330
HD:HITACHI 400GB 8MB IDE
What you need for This monster module,First need a CPU alest works 475MHZ FSB, and Select the 1:2 in BIOS,then this pair will works properly at 1900mhz
okay, then fisrt testing if this pair really dnoe with 1900mhz
in Blitz EX bios, set DDR3 voltage to 1.86v,PcProbe2 shows as 1.88v~1.89v
Time to 9.9.9.18 and 1T command.
i leave all other subtimes

a breief run with everest B/W, reaches 12298MB/S with Yorkfield 3.32G(7X475),nice numbers and latecny

Next,Pi prime with 1M ,32M and also Dual 32M, NO problems, and we experienced Yorkfield has good shot with Pi

Dual PI 32M Pass

Keep all same setttings,Pull FSB to 485mhz(the yorkield's limited)
B/W 12.5K MB/S

Its Real a 1900 module, haha,
unfortunately,my chips is limited at 485Fsb,or we can see some DDR3-2000 performances.
Let's see the perfromance with lower times
BIOS set 2.08v , PcProbe2 shows as 2.13v, and the time is 7.6.5.18
and Subtimes u can see on the memsets.
2.13v Stable with DDR3-1900 7.6.5.18,sounds great.
and the performance its reflected well.
SUPER PI 1M 13.797 s

3.325Ghz Yorkfield and DDR3-1900 7.6.5.18 32M just 12 mins 55 s
wow,it's much faster than the rated Cas L 9,17secs Different.

Leave same settings, Pull FSB to 485MHZ,B/w is breaking 13K MB/S
with a lower frequency yorkfield

Okay, next time ,we will back with some DDR3-2000 numbers.
