I'm pretty sure that the IHS needs lapping, but I'm wary to try more vcore. Like I said above, I have yet to prove/learn whether or not my chip has a tJunction of 85C or 100C...but assuming that TAT and Core Temp 0.95 are correct I was hitting load temps in the upper 70's at 1.375V and 1.400v set in BIOS. I was worried at first and thought that I was hitting my shutdown temperature in the BIOS, but it is now disabled. Also, it shuts down sooner at 1.400v then it does at 1.375v...so I'm thinking that even though I'm not TOO hot, it could be too much heat at this frequency.
