yeah I saw this. That's not a good move.
that can't be true :(
september please :slapass:
yay high oc's low volts ftw for Server desktop chips :D
crap. just one quarter? didn't a few roadmaps say Q2?
Most roadmaps said Q2 for the server chips, not for the desktop part which were slated to launch in Q3 but now they are telling us differently.
Waiting for more sources..
And this is from a company that just fired 3% of it's global workforce!

AMD can't hold a schedule if you put a gun to their collective heads.
As a shareholder, it's time for a management shakeup, bigtime. Hector needs security to escort his fat ass out the door.
better late then never, or no?
just over a year to respond to C2D, not bad...
More like a year and a half.
As long as it's a quality cpu, waiting is not an issue. :fact:
yup I happily use my 6300 till then. If AMD proves there quad core is in-deed good I will jump ship, but till then Core 2 FTW!
Lucky you, playing with Conroes. I was waiting 2 months after its release to get one. What do you think about Penryn top frequency? Does 3.5GHz C2Q, 3.66GHz C2D sounds logical to you?
This is gonna be a paper launch isn't it? :slapass:
Poor Cyrix...
Christmas, thats simply to long..
