Only catch is you pay the shipping...but still a good deal.

That's sweet...thanks for the 411 :)
New cards are requiring one 8 pin and one 6 pin at the moment, right? I'm not sure if it would be wise to see if I can get one shipped to me, or two. (upgrading soon).
Thanks for the heads up :)
Will ATI OverDrive work with this
how about buyers/owners from outside of US/UK? for example asia region, malaysia or singapore. i had one with me and i intend to get the 8-pin cable too. is it possible?
thanks perkam, i emailed them last night. haven't heard from them yet, but i'm in no rush to get it. still 4 more days till the 14th...
Thanks for the info, my HX620 just came thursday, still deciding if I will upgrade to a 8800GTX or keep my 7900 and wait for the next refresh.
Eh, I hope Corsair will offer a PSU with a native 8-pin.
Hmmm does this mean that if I get a GTX 8800 and a HX 620 I will have a problem fitting power to the 8800?!?

Still wondering...
If I buy a spanking new HX620 in Norway today, will I have a problem with some 'missing kables'?..

Just so you guys have an idea... At IDF last night, we have had a X38 system based on Asus P5E3 running 1800C7DF @ 1940 7-7-7-20 with 2 x 2900XTs in Crossfire and Kentsfield @ 3.4GHz... With Prime95 (all 4 cores stressed) @ Below NOrmal priority) and 3DMark06 running peaked at 742W during Canion Fight on 3DM06, pulled from the outlet. Taking 80% efficiency, it''s still 600W... HX620 will hold it just fine :)
Current shipping Corsairs (at least since July) come with 6+2 pin PCIE connectors.
Correct. SKYMTL's review at HardwareCanucks shows the HX620W with two 6+2 connectors:

It might, but for how long? That is almost the entire capacity of the PSU, which would make me wonder if it would last. Though I guess with a 5 year warranty and being rated at 620W continuous output I suppose that it should be fine and if it isn't just have to RMA the unit.
Why? CWT and Seasonic are actually very similar designs. Corsair basically took what Thermaltake uses for the Tough Power and put in all Japanese caps and a single +12V rail. I don't see anything wrong with that. :D
VX550W (a CWT) review should be up this weekend according to Matt and Wolf.
This confuses me. My GTX uses 2 6-pin connector and 2 2pin connectors where it doesn't plug to anything. Why are they saying GTX uses 8-pin?
