			You are quite correct, how ever too big can become a problem with out proper control systems, such as a Pressure modulated fan speed control or a simple fan cycle control.  A large condenser can do so good of a job you loose head pressure, the feed back systems can lock the head pressure to an ideal state 100psi.
In the field of roof top condenser systems our basic design uses a condenser over sized by about 30%, we then use a fan cycle controller for the basic unit and for a deluxe a Pressure modulated fan speed controller (Which obviously gives the best results)  These same systems can be easily ported over to this sort of application thus driving up its power efficiency with minor impact on total system cost.
Ssilencer in fact could incorporate this function into his controller with only the addition of a pressure transducer. They can be had for cheap on ebay every now and then.
