Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD
I did not know this existed until it arrived today straight from Taiwan.
Hate to post without images but I will do my best to get all the specifics in as I dont have anything online to copy/paste from.
ATI Radeon Xpress 1250
Intel LGA775 1066Mhz
Intel DDR2
Integrated Radeon X700 Graphics w/ HDMI, D-Sub
4x SATA 3GB/s, IDE, GbE LAN
7.1 HD Audio, S/P DIF out
MicroATX
Once again, this is a Fatal1ty motherboard, complete with red/black color scheme. The box is a finished product, what I have in my hands appears to be a full retail product sample.
It features only one PCIE 16x slot, and two smaller PCIE slots, one PCI slot.
The SATA lacation would be a problem for the larger video cards as well as double width.
Four phase solid japanese caps. Special PWM layout and 100% japanese caps in memory areas. (says on box)
Supports up to 16GB of DDR2
There is no fans on this motherboard.
I will update with pics, just wanted to share with you guys the new arrival as it just arrived.

now I am really excited to see pics :D

Has some nice features:
-avivo,
-H.264
-VC-1 hardware decoding
-hdcp-connector
I'm looking forward for pictures and OC results :D
-
looks like a real nice HTPC board. (not that many actually use HTPC)

Finally a Intel version of the 430/6100 AMD boards. Hopefully the price is right and it is an ok overclocker.
Will you be testing it before Cebit starts, Charles?
-
Nobody going to mention this thread that has been here for the last 3 weeks?

There are those and a few other places. Would like to see what u do Fugger.
Awaiting ur results.
-
Thanks for the other link, I should have known sxs112 would have had a thread up early as he is good connections in Taiwan.
None the less, I have the board in hand and about to see how fast it goes.
As far as prices, I think this will be under or very close to $100 US.
-
WOW cant wait for OC results, I'm expecting one of these from abit soon aswell.
-
OCZ has provided ATI branded parts to be reviewed on the Xpress 1250 board :woot:
The ram is bright red and compliments the board, awesome looking combo.
-
I've been reading some of the posts and what not @ hardforum and it seems to cap out around 350-360, hopefully with more mature bios's the board will be able to do 400.
-
under 100 and Im in for Intel and a 4300 or 4400. Awaiting u Fugger.
-
Charles you are making me jealous ;)
-
If OCZ partnered up on the mem side and Abit sent this to FUGGER, I am taking that as a good sign for overclocking... Anxiously looking forward to the results!
-
If that board does something close to 400Mhz fsb I would be more than happy.
paired with a E4300 and some inexpensive ram and you have a very fast, low power cunsumpting HTPC or surf rig :)
-
upcoming test with an x6800...
-
waiting for some results.. :D
:woot: this will be good.. :D
-
Results from [H]forum .. lots of guys with these boards over there.

it's easy to do this!
set fsb @500 and you have the estimated cpu frequency ( 20x 500=10000) but not the real one which is 3.2Ghz on the screen(default 2.66) ;)
intel pentium cpu!
-
360Mhz at +0.1V on CPU and NB so far with an E6600. Have to improve my cooling before i will go further.
With the final bios from abit Windows finally accepts my 4x 1GB DDR2-667 CL5.
-
under $100 is sweet...
i want to get a nice HTPC board but i wish they made a DDR one so i could some of this old ram i have laying around.
