I'll double post here in addition to the gallery :D
A quick shot of my P180. 2 BIP's, EK and Fuzion blocks, D5 pump. Lots of new holes cut in my P180 for this conversion to make it neater and push air better, maybe I'll do a worklog someday, got lots of photos of the build. Hopefully this computer is done now...so many variations it went though...will the madness ever end? LOL

also, what temps are you getting?
Can you tell us your ambient temps and idle/load temps? Very nice setup. I also like the orange in your case :)
One question, why'd you have the pump go to the gpu first?!?!

I just did a 1 hour 'overload' test...Orthos, ATI Tool, rthdribl running at the same time, my cpu is running at 1.3875 volt in bios, room temp 77F, all fans running at 7 volt, and they are Yate Loons. TAT would not go over 65C, Rivatuner said the 8800 was at 60C. Right now TAT idle temp is 47 on one, 45 on the other, Rivatuner says the 8800 is at 47
Yeah, I kind of think that I will need to speed up the fans some beyond 7 volt for load testing, but I am so proud of my mad cablez skillz right now....:p:

The way that I am going to solve the "shortest loop" problem in my next rig, is to get a reverse ATX case (e.g. lianli 1000, or 1200). In those cases, the cpu is by nature the first thing in the loop.

Did a little tinkering with it today after it became apparent it was starting to run away a bit (TAT going to ~68) under the 'overload' test for 2 hours. Simple fix...reverse the rear fan so it was drawing outside air instead of what was in the case. Now all the intake air is filtered (using those wire screen filters, a little less restrictive than the stock Antec filters too), and the case is I guess you could call it a 'positive pressure' type now with 2 intake fans, 1 exhaust fan (blowhole) and the vent above the expansion slots. Should stay cleaner inside compared to before where it was sucking in unfiltered air from the above expansion slot vents. Temps pretty much the same and staying there (65 TAT, 60 Riva), but with a higher room temp of 80F, so I'm happy.
Someone said Lian Li...I'm really looking at those, maybe if the bug to build really gets itchy I'll get one. Those G70's are sweet, I'm thinking along the lines of one of those and a PA120.3 in the roof. Or maybe an A16 with a 120x2 rad internally, or an A10....so many choices. I'll bet it any Lian Li would be easier to work with than this hunk of steel, prettier too. I think this thing has its heft and plastic going for it though, nice and quiet.
