Geforce 8800GTS 320MB picture and benchmarks

Is that hynix 1.1ns memory used in GTS 640 and GTX too? Or there is samsung?

£200 is pretty darn cheap for a direct X10 card and newest gen.

Would be interesting to see comparison with 640MB version.

I think the 640 has samsung 1.1 and it would change depending on the manufacturer ;)

The 640Mb version is 350euro and the 320Mb version is said to be 300euro. Thats not that much of a difference if you ask me.
