Package is very small (12x8mm measured) for 1Gb chips,maybe this chip using 70nm Technology?

MB:GIGA 965P-DS3 V1.0 (BIOS=F10)
MEM:1GB*2 D9HNL chips
VGA:ATI RAGE XL PCI
VDIMM=1.87V

not good,I tried 2.25v
still can't boot at DDR2-1000 6-5-5-15
like samsung's chip,higher VDIMM is less helpful

just what I have tried before, DDR2 1000 are hard to reach on D9HNL.
even I tried the high VDIMM...

For Micron chips right now,
D9GMH or D9GKX still the best choice for overclocking~:cool:

My GMH does at least 333 mhz @ 3-3-3 @ 1.87v LOL :)

lol I can get my elpida over 350mhz @ 3-3-3 @ 1.89v! I actually got one stick over 460mhz 4-5-4 @ 1.89v a few days ago! Anything higher than 1.9v gives me lower max clocks lol!
