OK, I have a stacker 830, and I need green lighted, good quality 120mm fans to cool it. Got any suggestions for brand? CFM and DBA are of course important, but mainly I want a quality product with good, bright lighting!
Likewise, as my sig says, I have a Vigor Monsoon II cooling setup for my CPU (never used one before, so I decided to try it out). Whats your take on the Vigor setup?

i quit using led fans they look nice but there cfm / rpm is always :banana::banana::banana::banana:.
maybe someone else knows a brand that im not awara of but i had multiple brands of led fans and imo they all sucked compared to papst.

Whereas I am well aware of the performace issues with the LED fans, I was just simply wondering if there are any yet that acutally perform as well as look pretty. But alas, I guess I was wrong. So, these Yateloons you speak of, good fans? I wanna keep my stack cool cool COOL! :cool:Quote:

as I said, theyr'e the best 3$ fans ever. I wouldn't say the best overall ever, but 3$ can't be beaten.

"This is the medium speed Yate Loon fan. It looks nearly identical to the low-speed model (D12SL-12) except the plastic frame is different. Motor and bearing noise is slightly higher than the low-speed model. Vibration, however, is significantly higher at all speeds and on any axis. I think the different plastic frame is to blame. It feels harder than the orange frame, and transmits more vibration from the motor. I would be very curious to compare this to another D12SM-12 with a standard frame. Airflow is very smooth."
I have the blingy LED Yates from Jab-tech. They are a bit louder than the orange ones and pump a bit more air. They have a different blade geometry as well but well I didn't bother to think about what difference it would make. The Jab-tech ones are sorta low quality actually, the leds are so ghetto, hot glued on!!! and like one of mine came with a funny bearing and a broken led and the hot glue coming off, but overall I was really satisfied with the yate loons. Much more powerful than the retarded orange thermaltake thing in the front of my case. I kept the LED thermaltake, it was really quiet for some reason. Yate loons are very very good fans. If you buy like more than 4 LED ones you can get 'em 5 dollars a pop.
