Summed up: Found a gap in the mobo from 330-399FSB
400 was booting, but not stable
405 was 100% Orthos Prime and Memtest Stable
405 However would not load Vista
Found that I could finally have it 100% w/Vista by Disabling APIC in BIOS

So now I am at all stock voltages and more than happy. I almost went and bought a new mobo and ram. So Happy Now, and I quit my :banana::banana::banana::banana:ty serving job 2 days ago(Great Money, but PITA management.)

Specs in Signature now, and it is the Vista Business 32-bit that was given by the PowerTogether Network Deal (FREE.)

Nice. Glad your happy but what mobo is this. Seems alot of details are missing.

You are using just one core to achieve that speed? I sure wouldn't.

Why only one core is using ? No !!! U paid for 2 cores and only use 1 ?

To use 2 or more cores you need APIC enabled (same to use HT on P4's).
Turn it back on.

HEHE, didn't realize that is what APIC was........was wondering why it was only showing 1 core...Please don't bash the new guy to dual cores.

APIC got enable now and it is booting up, however it is only showing 1 core while in vista in the task manager. However the Device Manager shows both listed as working hardware. Am I all right now?

Did you install Windows with APIC disabled?
Check what your Computer is listed as in device manager (eg. ACPI Multiprocessor PC)

Yeah I did install with APIC Enabled...Can I uninstall it in the device manager and let it fix itself?

Well what is it listed as?

It listed as Advanted Configuration and Power Interface in "computer"

Also, under "system devices" it lists
acpi fixed feature button
acpi thermal zone

If you see 2 cores in cpu-z, you are using both of them.
