does anyone know what ics they use with these modules?

These are GeIL's Value modules and use Elpida ICs.

Not all, but some of them can. They were handpicked by GeIL for this specific clockspeed and timings.

Anyone have a review of them? How well do they OC? I think I've seen one person who's successfully clocked elpida over 1000...
