micron DDR-667 1GB*2 (single side)
2.0v DDR2-800 5-5-5-15 (cant do 4-4-4-12)
2.2v DDR2-900 5-5-5-15 (cant do DDR2-1000,maybe BIOS issue)...

How cute!
2.05V I get 4-4-3 @800 with some D9GCT
and GCT is low binned, I got this kit for $160 right as the price gouging began...
Ain't bad at all for 1Gb ICs.....good to see this density getting more and more attention.
ohh, it's single sided...
missed that part, then that might be more worthy...
veery good chips considering the density, I hope that they wont be too expensive,
I wonder how would 2x2gb(double-sided) perform ...
we wont really know how good they are until they are binned. one slow chip could have held back the whole stick.
looks promising for 2GB sticks
I'm with nn_step on this one. Bring on the speedy 4 GB kits!
i got a set of GEIL's with the D9HNL or whatever on them.
seems to like voltage atleast.
Indeed that would be great. Using 4 sticks currently and 2 would be that much better for the size, let alone that might be possible to get speedy 8gig of ram :)Quote:

hows it work with 6-4-4?
i have a feeling this is going to be the new trend from oem's, packing every desktop with 4gb+ of ram trying to tell everyone they "need" it like they "need" 500gb hard drives when in reality 90% of the population needs 40gb. especially since no one is going to be running an operating system that can fully use more than 2gb of ram.
i was looking at some cheap servers from dell yesterday and couldn't figure out why it was so freaking expensive until i removed the "standard" 56k modem for $70.
god i hate oem's. sorry for the rant.

however $70 for 56k is pretty dumb.
d9ghm's and d9gkx's are 78nm?
i dont think so...Quote:
