Highest & Tightest DDR2 benchmark stable runs?
Hi,
Whats everyone getting with the highest bandwidth and tightest timings for DDR2, preferably not over 3.00v as it drastically shortens the lifespan of the sticks from what I have seen on this forum. This should be proven with popular benchmark programs and not just a cpuz screenshot. SuperPi 1mb is just too short and runs mostly in modern cpu cache anyway. :)
I'm willing to take my Corsair D9 Fatbody up to the highest capable on my current unmodded mobo which is the DFI 975X/G rev AL0 - 2.65vdimm, so far have achieved 400mhz @ 1:1 with 3-2-2-4-6 in the following screenshots with 2.55vdimm:
Did these runs without Windows tweaks or shutting down background processes so it shows a more "real world" capability. These hardware components I use are not cherry picked, just off the shelf stuff. ;)
