Team Group TXDD2048M1000HC5DC SPD settings

The memory is specified as running at 1000 @ 5-5-5-15 @ 2.1-2.3v; the strange thing is that the SPD settings are rather different; CPUZ seems to read the EPP entries (at least according to everest 3.50 which reads those 2 entries as being in EPP and in SPD it reads 270 @ 4-4-4-12 (if I remember correctly) / 400 @ 5-5-5-15); is it possible that the readings from EPP are wrong because my mobo does not support EPP ? or are these kits really tested at 800 3-4-3-9 @ 2.2v and 1066 5-5-5-15 @ 2.2v (no complains here, just amazed that they are only rated at 1000 5-5-5-15 although they seem to be tested at much better timings and freq) ?

EDIT : nevermind the conservative timings & freq ... I was just testing how far I can undervolt the CPU
