Stopped by Fry's earlier today and saw both in stock, you can buy the mobo today but they are not supposed to release the video cards. Some were sold at my local Fry's ;)

I was in the Phoenix Fry's today - they had the eVGA 680i MB - but no 8800 cards of either flavor.

I was at frys on sunday and they didnt have the 8800s or the 680i boards out, i might just give them a call tommorow. I did try and see if they would sell it to me but i got the usual bs about street dates.
