Are you saying it works?
Quick AM3.
E6600 @ 355x9.
512MB of some crappy DDR2 @ 533
Highest clocks I can go with crappy RAM. :(

I think so. Quad SLI option wouldn't show up otherwise. Hmm...Quote:

Only way to tell if Quad SLI is working: test a game/modern-3DMark at the highest res possible with the highest details possible vs. just the single 7950GX2. AM3 won't show jack....
wtf indeed.
/me awaits conclusive benching
t
Hmm.. What can I use? I don't have registered 3DMarks. FEAR maybe?
God it's gonna suck w/ 512MB of crap RAM LOL.
Gonna give it a shot.
FEAR...sure.
RTHDRBL might work as well....though it is difficult to benchmark with RTHDRBL
Oh. I had 1 card in this morning and it only showed "Enable SLI" as an option.
Installing FEAR now.
GOGOGGOGOOGOGOG
Where did you get these drivers???
I WILL PRAISE YOU FOREVER IF THIS WORKS!! AHH!!!!
My :banana::banana::banana:ing weeek just got alot better..
P.S> NO 3d06!! AHH!!!
P.M. me ill give you a code :D
ATI made crossfire work on 965/975...only a matter of time before nVidia needed to respond...
I got driver from Guru3D site.
FCG: you'd'a thunk that they'd be jumping up and down about it though ....
t
.......wow
All i have to say.
All highest settings. 1920x1200 resolution. Soft Shadows off.
With Quad Enabled in Control Panel.

This is what I got when I disabled SLI. LOL..
http://img384.imageshack.us/img384/2...gefear1ai4.jpg
This is w/ a single card in Slot1. Control Panel shows "Enable Multi GPU"
http://img238.imageshack.us/img238/7...lefear2eq8.jpg
I tried Slot1 and Slot4 and didn't get SLI or Multi GPU option on Control Panel.
Weird.
The cards are extremely close to each other. The top card in Slot 1 is pretty hot LOL.
Those scores are huge...
wow :slobber:
Errr .. just to confirm here ... image one is "quad SLI ON", image two is "sli off", so only a single GPU working, and image three is "[single] SLI on" - one card removed? Image one and three are very similar - so Quad-SLI isn't actually functioning correctly? Can you do the same thing with the old hacked drivers? (just for comparison's sake)
t
1 - Quad SLI on
2 - Just disabled SLI in Control Panel. I think this caused it to run 1 GPU on the first card only.
3 - Removed 2nd card and w/ Multi GPU on.
So it appears that this is just a bug with the wording in nvidia's drivers, and doesn't actually do anything? Just wanna make it clear here :)
t
Shhh! Silence!
I'd like to do more test. :D
By all means :)
Just trying to beat down the 10,000 noobs who are about to come running through here with "OMG SLI WORX LIEK LOL!!11!" in advance ;)
t
Quad SLI is :banana::banana::banana:... thats all I have to say
what video is used here, pic's in the first post aint working...
quad drivers already excist, but you need hacked quad drivers .
