how would you solder something such as a variable resistor in or something to that nature? jw. I've looked through the guide before sry if I missed it now.
because supposedly the pencil mod for the X1900gt rev2 only works for around 2 mins before the graphite either comes off or something.

Nice guide! Usefull info...
When soldering a hole mount I would stick the legs of the component through the holes and then bend the legs a little, so the component doesn't fall out.
That's the only thing that came to my mind, your guide pretty much covers it all :toast:
