FSB 1333 strap (Vdimm = 2.65V, Vmch = 1.99V, Vfsb = 1.46V) - VGA memory was downlocked for CL

Yes, FSB limit is 10-20Mhz lower, no matter wich CPU divider or RAM divider i use.
