Do they release changelogs for the DirectX updates?

I'd like to see what has been improved. :)

P.S. I am a massive changelog addict. Heck, I love to read bugfixes which don't even affect me at all!

Still it is great having the latest DX runtimes installed i guess

just extract it and run setup.exe or install.exe

Setup.exe

After that
Check with Dxdiag \ DirectX Files and notice the dates of your DirectX files
if they have been updated

Some of them must say 6\9\2006

We need more performance improvement feedback...

Seems the exact same. No differences in Warcraft III or HL2 that I noticed. No problems so that's good.

why is the microsoft server so slow today?

Haven't seen any improvements with it here...... Like you Nanometer, everything still works :D
