Very very nice!!!
now for 10k in 2k5 ;)
Great score! I think the 3Dmark01 wont be a king of benchmarks for long now, cause the scores are just sick !!!
Totally in a league of its own at the moment! :toast: x2
The new driver is also fastest for mark01? What win2k SP you useing?
Awesome Work!
Thank you Macci and all the others :p:Quote:

Next step - calibrate the cascades (we dont have any ethylene, so we have to use the 404a from my poor Promie :( ) and do a full run of 3DMark 2001 an 3DMark 2005 at 3.500mhz, DDR at 270mhz 2-2-2 and the X800XT at 800/680.
I hope Futuremark fix this rapidly, I alreday send e-mail to support (if I remember this also happend when 30k was achieved).
:toast:
wow that is a powerful rig, thats almost double my score i got with my pent 3.2 and 9800 pro.
ouch :DQuote:

Better start working on some Mark05 backups then :D
Nice mem clock on the card, any special mods required for that?
wow if you have that much more left, me thinks 42k may not be all that unreasonable! does anyone know how much the latest beta? 4.10 drivers help?
Just the VDD e VDDR mods - vmem a 2.35V.Quote:

:D
Man your Deep in to 40k!! 40.6!!! WOW is an under statement. You need to get GFti4200 to give a prediction on how much higher you system will go!! Just kidding.
And not even Killer GPU timings. I can pull off 710 /620 on the ATI i was using on air. Man that's some CPU horsepower!!!
holy crap-the power of that chip still just amazes me...
"Man your Deep in to 40k!! 40.6!!! WOW is an under statement. You need to get GFti4200 to give a prediction on how much higher you system will go!!"
lets see, 800/680 clocks are worth what? 340 in nature? thats 24fps more or 480 marks more alone from that. there will be a slight gain in drag low so I recon 600 marks gained just from gpu. Thats 41.2k then the rest from cpu at 10 marks per MHz
Congrats on the 40K  , 2.35vmem that seems a bit much lol, but I guess your doing all this for the scores, what kind of memory cooling do you have, just sinks?
Just -100ºC :DQuote:

Just a question: does the Vdd mod help ?
Do you have shutdowns when you give more than 2V to gpu ?
Thankz

:YIPPIE:
Looks like you got a nicely tweaked OS/BIOS/RAM there. Not much difference in clockspeed/FSB and lower card clock but your still getting quite a bit higher score! :toast:Quote:

Congrats that's truly a sick score.

Congrats Ricky and Pedro Rocha!

Nice going - We lasted almost 8 days .. Hehe
We will not giveup with out a fight! SICK mem clocks!
In 7-10 days we are at 41.699 :D or 42K.. / Delivery time for LN2 :D
whoops, havnt said congratulations yet.

Great work guys grats on the first to 40K
Yeh, the CPU cascade with the new compressor for 2nd stage (Danfoss 3/4hp) and some modifications works like a charm, even without etylhene ..here is one reading with MBMQuote:

The GPU really need more gas, preferentially ethylene - when we try to put some more, the 404a from my Promie ended :slobber:
Our goal is the GPU cascade never ever drops bellow -90ºC even in giant benchs like 3Dmark 2005 .. is just as matter of having the gas in our hands :D
I'm very pleased you recognize it my friend, in fact as long time overclocker I always value this part - I invested a lot of time in the preparation of the Bench Hard Disk :DQuote:

:toast:
I thought everybody use alot of time on preparing their Harddrive for benching.. As you say your self, OS/BIOS/RAM is the half of the "result"..Quote:

You should write a book on that art!!!
P.S. Charlie go for that beer man!!! :toast:
Thats one sick score.. But the Car-High and lobby-high.. how did you do it? I mean 183FPS CH and 225FPS LH. The increase you have there is higher than your +100-150Mhz cpu-speed should give, considering the 2nd and 3rd place score. Is it a combination of Win2k SP4 and the new drivers or what?
Again, one sick score :D
Take a look at Jason's score (#4) too.Quote:

The limit of my BH5 on this mobo is around 275, and we still have Ricky's mystical BH5's to play :D
Since our first tests with my FX-53 and Gigabyte, we are getting CH and LH very similar to these, even with older drivers (4.9) ..in fact the first test of all gives immediately 180 in CH with the setup not fullt tweaked yet :D
To be honest what impressed me much more is the 500 Lobby Low run, maybe I will do a short movie in my cam to share the experiencie will you :D
Of course these remimd me to a special thanks to CodeRed and his fantastic A64 Tweaker, thanks Steve :)
Pedro, you are my new god. Awsome awsome work. How about some more pics of the setup and cascade? ;)
yes with good settings the A64tweaker is a weapon , Pedro do you have shutdowns when you give max voltage to your FX and X800 specially under 3Dm2001 ?
Yes we have it.Quote:

My FX-53 it is not a voltage lover, remenber that have done 3.300mhz with voltage bellow stock (1,4v) ...eheh to bad I did not take a picture of Ricky's face at that moment, he was so so amazed that thinks is a bug in Cpu-z, he only fully belive when he check in the multimeter ..after that starts to jump ..eheh ..that was fun :D :D

WOW!

thanks sayaa :) now i can post hehehe
macci you are right, we use mult 12,5 so it uses the 13 on ddrQuote:

about vddq i solder the check point wrong, and we only see that with card insulated so i just turn a litle the pot but realy dont know what vddq we use :D
about vdd 2.35v seems to be enought for 680mhz :)
the max i can get on vgpu is 1.86 load before card resets... i need to remake the ovp, changing the pot with card insulated is hard to get the best value...
i spend 1 night remaking 2nd stage of my cpu cascade there is a new compressor, and some several changes, with non pure r1150(i use the same on old cascade) and very r404a mixed becouse r1150 isn´t enought i can get -100idle and -91 @ end of each 3dmark test, i cant wait to get more ethylene and realy fine tune this cascade :)
in the other hand, gpu cascade isn't nice, i need to tune it better @end of each test it goes to -80 and idle -93 there is a realy mixed gas inside too...
maybe next week the cascades be ready :)
Congrats on the cascade, O/c and the Score! :toast: You two guys are great together ... gonna be really hard to beat your scores when Ricky gets everthing teaked! Again!! :toast:Quote:

Crazy score there :slobber: :toast: :slobber:
Cant keep up with that I think. You guys have 2 x cascade vs. 1 prommy and DI.......Not looking good until we have the container for gfx, then it will be 2 x cascades vs. LN2+DI.
Som say crazy Danes.....I say "el crazy portugese" :D
HOLY SMOKES!!!
Congratulations to Pedro and Ricky :D
Keep up the good work!

"Oh Ya, 40k down!!

Im not counting you out, you have the talent to hit 40k yourself and probably sooner than we think ;) also do you still have this 9800xt to beat your own record of 31.3k ;)

yes id like to know those too. I believe one part of that could be the 4.10 cat drivers, some say it boosts across the board, I ought to try those out and of course codered's tweaker then I can beat some of my friends moble barton + 9800 pro scores(man if I had their 9800 pros id have mid 24k maybe even 25k) any other tips to boost car high? :D
nature with this cards is dependend from system tooQuote:

:O
what I had said was a quote from someone else. How many fps are we talking gained in nature with more cpu power? cant be very many since its 95% gpu bound. He had also made a quote wondering howd you hit 182 in car high at 3.3GHz where others with that cpu speed get in the mid 160s, what tweaks were used, we all wonder ;)
Nature is more video mem limited than GPU speed limited btw, I got only around 332 at 810/655, need to attach the vmem mod once again I guess.
whoops 330.3 actually - and comes to show that untweaked WinXP SP2 on A64 gives a crap score overall :D
Now where is my Win2000 CD again??
ahh i see :D
Nice scores guys from Portugal :D :)
What can i say that hasn't been said already?
I just had to re-read the title of this thread to make sure my eyes weren't deceiving me.
You guys seem to break record after record with that amazing cascade stuff.
congrats x a lot :toast:
congratulation ricky and pedro, excellent work you're doing :)
very nice to see Portugal at the top of the orb :)
Phenominal system power guys. :D
That thing had to be tuned through the roof. Very impressed.
@macci:
Sitting a wee bit too long at 35K methinks. ;) There are aircooled guys at 32.
I have a feeling, macci has something up his sleeves :)
Very nice score. :toast: :toast:
we dont use any expecial tweaks! i just stay looking to results like :slobber:
fx power, simply fx power
i think macci will know rapid that there is no expecial tweaks there, just put 3.4ghz fx running 3dmark and see it
:toast:
so others with 3.2GHz fx53 getting like 165 in car high had a real bad run to your 182 at 3.3GHz?
3391mhz, if your rounding that would be 3.4.
Congrats ricky and pedro ! sick score.
